We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.

Eligibility for return or replacement
- The product arrived damaged, defective or not working.
- You received the wrong product.
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

How to request a return

2. Share your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
3. Our team will review your request and reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Replacement or refund
If your request is approved, we will send a replacement or refund your payment. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days after the returned product reaches us.

Please note
- For hygiene reasons, a product that has been used and is not defective cannot be returned.
- Returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories.
- If the return is due to our error or a damaged product, we cover the return shipping.
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
